第1子出産前後の就業継続率

Employment continuation rate around first childbirth

出生動向基本調査で、第1子の出産前後に妻が就業を続けた割合を示す指標である。第17回調査では、2020〜24年に出産した妻で80.5％に上昇し、2015〜19年の69.9％から伸びた。就業継続者の82.4％が育児休業制度を利用していた（5年前は79.7％）。
